* Democracy needs freedom to read

Enterprise blognets for state and local government.

* Government services turbocharged by collaboration and communication
* Government workers in more intimate communication with their customers

In short, participatory democracy between elections.

  3. I was thinking ’bout creating a english and a french version of my weblog… but… well, I just need to improve HARDLY my english skills!

    But it’s very interesting to learn about other countries and cultures…
